In a world increasingly disconnected from the earth, agro‑resorts offer a transformative escape—a harmonious blend of productive agriculture, serene hospitality, and immersive eco‑tourism. SKZ designs and develops integrated agro‑resorts that allow guests to reconnect with nature while engaging with sustainable farming, animal husbandry, and rural crafts, all within comfortable, even luxurious, accommodation.
These are working farms that double as destination resorts, where every element—from fish ponds and dairy barns to fruit orchards and forest trails—is part of a cohesive guest experience. We create environments that educate, rejuvenate, and inspire, while generating sustainable revenue from both hospitality and agricultural yield.
Our Agro Resorts service delivers turnkey development of large‑scale, multi‑activity farm‑based resorts. Starting with site selection (often on SKZ‑owned rural or peri‑urban land), we master‑plan the entire ecosystem: zoning for accommodation (cottages, villas, treehouses), recreational areas (swimming pools, walking trails, playgrounds), and diverse agricultural modules (fisheries, dairy, poultry, organic vegetable plots, medicinal herb gardens, fruit orchards). We integrate sustainable infrastructure—solar power, biogas from waste, rainwater harvesting, and organic waste recycling—and manage the construction of specialized facilities like hatcheries, milking parlors, processing units, and farm‑to‑table restaurants. The model can also include partnership options for operational management.

Income is generated from both hospitality (room bookings, dining, activities) and agriculture (sale of fish, milk, eggs, organic produce).

Guests participate in or observe real farming activities—fishing, fruit picking, animal feeding—creating memorable, educational stays.

Resorts are designed to minimize external inputs through renewable energy, water recycling, and on‑site food production, reducing operating costs.

Projects create local jobs in farming, hospitality, and maintenance, and often include training programs for neighboring farmers.
