Our Farmhouse Mega Projects involve the purchase and integration of large pieces of land, mostly covering between 100 and 500 acres or even more. It starts with dividing the lands into residential plots of property privately (typically 1 to 5 acres); shared organic farmlands, fruit orchards, irrigation and leisure water sources, grazing areas, and hubs of central amenities. Then we upgrade basic infrastructure, such as safe perimeters, intra-company road systems, power supply, water purification and irrigation infrastructure, and waste disposal. Core utility connections are installed in residential plots and the common agricultural farm that can either be actively engaged or be used for enjoyment. Other amenities that may include projects are a clubhouse, riding paths, cycling paths, and farm-fresh produce markets.

The residents own lands to build their own houses and enjoy the benefits of organic farming that brings fresh products to the residential areas.
