The 18-story twin towers offer 2.5 lakh square feet of premium office space, designed with energy-efficient glass facades, high-speed elevators, and smart building management systems. Each floor features column-free layouts for maximum flexibility, while the podium level houses retail outlets, cafes, and a fully equipped gym for tenants. The project was delivered on a challenging tight urban site, requiring meticulous planning and execution to ensure minimal disruption to surrounding businesses.
Structural engineering incorporated seismic resilience and wind load analysis for high-rise safety. Advanced MEP systems include centralized HVAC with VRF technology, standby generators, and rainwater harvesting for sustainability. The facade uses double-glazed low-E glass to reduce heat gain while maximizing natural light. Landscaped terraces on upper floors provide green breakout spaces—a first for commercial buildings in this district.
